Cops caught on video actually doing job

We have obtained exclusive video footage which appears to show members of a UK police force simply doing the job for which they are paid.

During the sensational five minute clip, officers chase and apprehend a REAL CRIMINAL without either RUNNING HIM OVER or BREAKING HIS LEG or making any attempt to TORTURE the man while he lays DEFENCELESS on the ground.

And as they are cautioning the man, believed to be a mugger in his early twenties, a car is seen in the background exceeding the speed limit by 0.8mph. Despite this provocation, officers remain calm and refuse to respond with a high-speed car chase through the town centre.

The amateur cameraman, a local resident who asked not to be named, told The Rockall Times: "To be frank, I was gobsmacked. As well as the speeding car, a delivery van was clearly parked on a double yellow line. The police chose to ignore both and get on with arresting the mugger."

More incredible still, officers declined to stamp on the young man, even when they had a clear opportunity. Instead, one is heard to say: "It's terrible. If this guy had been given a better start in life he might have made something of himself. Let's get him down the station and make him a nice cup of tea."

The local Chief Constable refused to comment today, noting: "Obviously, we'd have to examine the footage before making a statement. However, if these allegations are true then it's obviously a very grave matter. To ignore serious traffic violations can have major budgetary ramifications. Police sick leave is entirely funded by fines."
