Imperialism alive and well

If capitalism is the meat and potatoes of globalisation, then imperialism must surely be its gravy. Or possibly its broccoli.
And while we have moved into a new golden millennium of enlightenment, it is sickening that brother is still turned against brother in the Irish struggle for emancipation.
My message to the UK is this: Hands off of Ireland right now or I will a) Come over there and give you a right good talking-to, and b) continue to record memorable and provocative anthems slamming the continued British occupation of the North. Be warned, everything the Americans know about Ireland they learned from a U2 album. I speak with the voice of millions.
