The original is at http://www.therockalltimes.co.uk/2003/05/19/legal-madness.html. We must stop this legal madness now! Will of the people must be supported in a democracy by Kieren McCarthy Readers will have been stunned and sickened this week as countless hundreds of criminals and sick sex psychos were given permission to run wild in the streets of this great nation, and we are powerless to stop them. Why, you ask? Because of the nauseating contraints of the so-called legal system. As judges and barristers sit there soaking up huge fees of our money, accountable to no-one but themselves, we are forced to endure their worthless decisions. Now we hear that sex pervert freak rapist John Leslie is to go free simply because there is "no evidence" against him. How can this be true when we published over 74 pages of graphic accounts of his disgusting sex habits? What of Sharon, aged just 24, who was subjected to a horrific two-minute assault by this man. Must she go to the police, file charges and provide evidence to see this man behind bars? We can only thank God that the £2,000 we paid her for her story will help her to get over the trauma. But no, the police have told us that unless they have some kind of proof, they will not even bring the case to court. Why? They say because the judges will discard it out of hand. We say: We must stop this legal madness now! But John Leslie is not a single case. Just look at the gangs of marauding paedophiles up and down the country. No child is safe in this country anymore. And what do the law courts do about it? They say that once a man has completed his prison sentence, he should be allowed out into the streets to terrify and rape children who know nothing of the twisted thoughts that these scum have in their foul heads. We set out to right this wrong by informing the people of this good nation where their nearest paedophile so that they could hound them for the rest of their lives. And what happens? We are criticised and fined by the legal system because we post the wrong details and photographs. Freedom of the press is a democratic right and yet never have we seen more of a clampdown on that inalienable right than when law courts decide against us. Just a few weeks ago, our reporter was shockingly sexually attacked by the manager of a pop group while the two singers — heros to thousands of our young teenagers — used the revolting display to heighten their depraved lesbian lust. We gave over our front page and two inside pages to this perverted tale yet the man still walks free. Why? Because we made no format complaint to the police. Is it any wonder when under the law, if we had brought charges, we wouldn't even be able to write about the event? Such is the judge's sickening sway over what you can do and say in this country that once they have decided to look at something, no one else is allowed to comment on it. This isn't justice — this is a police state! The will of the people must be supported in any democracy. And all the time we have judges that are capable of using law and precedent to prevent that will being carried through, we will never live in freedom. That is why it is essential that every single man, woman and child in this country buy this paper every day. Only then we will be able to defend our — and your — rights against these sick, wigged oppressors.
