A happy new year to you all

We at The Rockall Times would like to take the opportunity to wish all of our beloved readers a very happy and prosperous 2005. As you can see, this week's issue is a little slimmer than the norm — due entirely to new year excesses on a biblical scale.
We trust that all of our staff and contributors will be out of detox in time for next Monday's full-fat issue. In the meantime, we also hope that the coming year will be as satirically fecund as 2004. Have a good one — we certainly expect to.
