It's official: The Rockall Ho! 2005 team is as we speak making its way from Stromness in Orkney for its historic rendevous with the sacred islet of Rockall. Accordingly, The Rockall Times is on North Atlantic long weekend holiday until its next full issue on 4 July.
Full details of the mission are available in our dedicated Rockall Ho! section, including a breakdown of the intrepid team, and the charity who will benefit from all this madness.
And speaking of the charity — the MEdia initiative of Mental Health Media — now is the time to give it up at our dedicated donations page. Deploy your credit or debit card while you ponder the current wherabaouts of those in peril on the sea.
Naturally, there will be news of how our meeting with the world's remotest islet unfolded as soon as we can wardrive an unprotected wireless network or find a Russian haddock trawler with a satellite broadband link.
