Galloway slammed for TV outrage

There is growing outrage today at the behaviour of MP George Galloway who has — purely for the entertainment of the UK's television viewers — now spend a considerable time ignoring his constituents in a closed environment with a large number of social inadequates and wannabe celebrities, all of whom spend most of the day either drunk or whining and bickering about the extremely simple tasks with which they are charged by the people who pay their wages.

One man, who asked not to be named for fear his friends down the pub would discover he had been watching low-rent, zoo TV, said: "Even a very large dictionary of the English language does not contain enough words to enable me to fully express my disgust at the behaviour of Galloway and his colleagues. The animal impersonations were the limit for me. Howling mobs of back benchers and caterwauling frontbench savages — they're worse than a pack of baboons. I pay their fuc*king wages, too, for Christ's sake."

Galloway may also face sanction for his shenaninigans on Celebrity Big Brother, unless he gets his end away with Rula Lenska, in which case he will be awarded an OBE for services to broadcasting. William Hill last night shortened the odds of a Lenska/Galloway liason to 3/1. A Channel 4 spokesman told The Rockall Times: "We live in hope of the first BB cumshot — A Faria Alam facial would perk up the ratings and a murder, well, that would be a bonus. What do you reckon on the chaces of Barrymore drowning someone in the pool? By the way, did I tell you about the important sociological work we're doing down at Four with Big Brother?"

In Bethnal Green, meanwhile, one Galloway voter expressed disappointment with his MP's abject failure to secure a lasting peace in Iraq, but admitted he had very much enjoyed Sir Jimmy Saville's unexpected telly appearance over the weekend.
