Well, what ad sizes do you run, for the love of God?

Everything you need to know about advertising on The Rockall Times

by De Management

Do you have an advertising policy?

Yes: no Benetton, no pornography, no shorts, no bombing, no diving, no petting. In addition: no pop-ups, no pop-unders, no floating ads, and no ads within the text of stories.

So, what sizes do you run then?

Our standard ad sizes are:

  • 468×60
  • 120×60
  • 120×90
  • 120×240
  • 120×600

Where do they live?

We have two 120×90 ads in the masthead, a standard 468×60 banner, and then a 120-wide space on the right, waiting to be jam packed with advertising goodness. Have a look – it's lovely.

What type of creatives?

GIFs or Flash or DHTML or text – we can handle it. No, seriously.

Oh yeah? How?

We traffic paying ads through DoubleClick Dart 5, God help us.

Where can I have 'em?

Ads can be ROS or targeted to specific sections.

Can I have exclusive advertising?

Yup. ROS or sections – if you've got the wedge.

In that case, could I sponsor a section?

Yes, as long as the sponsorship message was carried via the ads.

So, you don't do 'livery makeovers'?

No, the site graphics were hand crafted by Indonesian children. They stay as they are.

I love it. How can I give you money?
